Egg Allergy

If you have an egg allergy then you might be having difficulties making baked goods. Simmer 1/3 cup ground flaxseeds in 1 cup water for three minutes. The "goo" that is formed is the perfect substitute when you have an egg allergy. Replace eggs in recipes with 1 to 2 tbsp of flaxseed "goo".
