eczema
Eczema is a term sometimes used
interchangeably with dermatitis, although some authorities define it as a
specific type of dermatitis distinguished by the presence of fluid-filled
blisters that weep, ooze, and crust over.
Dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin that
produces scaling, flaking, thickening, color changes, and often itching.
This website focuses on how to reduce the
symptoms of disease, in this case eczema, through diet.
For your eczema eliminate the following foods:
wheat, milk, corn, refined white sugar,
peanuts, oranges, shellfish, coffee, and pop/soda/soft drinks. For information on some of these
foods that cause eczema click here.
