impotence
Impotence is the inability to achieve or
maintain an erection adequate for normal sexual intercourse. Erections
result from a complex combination of brain stimuli, blood vessel and nerve
function, and hormonal actions. Anything that interferes with any of
these factors can cause impotence.
Some factors that can lead to impotence
include the use of certain medications, alcohol or cigarettes, and certain
chronic illnesses which impair circulation.
If the primary cause of impotence is
physical then diet and supplement changes can help increase erectile
functioning.
